1.医疗签证Medical Visa (S2 Visa)

赴华就医需申请S2字签证（短期私人事务签证-就医）；

To seek medical treatment in China, you need to apply for an S2 visa (Short-term Private Affairs Visa – Medical Treatment).

线上审核通过直接去使馆面谈，面谈通过后递交相关文件至签证服务中心（线上审核—使馆面谈—服务中心递件）

Process: Online review → Embassy interview → Submission at Visa Centre

第一步：在线填写并提交申请

Step 1: Complete and submit the application online

登录“中国签证申请服务中心”网站（https://visaforchina.cn/DAC3_EN/qianzhengyewu），在线完整填写《中华人民共和国签证申请表》，提交后打印出带有条形码的 “签证申请表” ，以备面谈。

Log on to the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (https://visaforchina.cn/DAC3_EN/). Complete the Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China online, print the form with the barcode after submission, and keep it for the interview.

第二步：前往中国驻孟加拉国大使馆面谈

Step 2: Go to the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh for an interview.

l 时间：线上审核通过后，于工作日上午9:50直接前往大使馆。

Time: After the online review is passed, go directly to the Embassy on a working day at 9:50 AM.

l 地点：PLOT 2 &4, EMBASSY ROAD, BARIDHARA, DHAKA。

Location: PLOT 2 & 4, EMBASSY ROAD, BARIDHARA, DHAKA.

l 必备文件：携带打印好的“签证申请表首页”及下文所列的申请材料原件，接受签证官面谈。面谈通过后，申请表首页将被加盖 “面谈通过” 章。

Required Documents: Bring the printed "Visa Application Form Front Page" and the original application materials listed below for the consular officer's interview. If the interview is passed, the front page of the form will be stamped with "Interview Passed".

第三步：前往达卡中国签证申请服务中心提交材料

Step 3: Submit documents at the Dhaka Chinese Visa Application Service Centre

凭盖有“面谈通过”章的申请表，直接前往达卡中国签证申请服务中心的 “医疗申请窗口” ，提交所有申请材料。

Take the application form stamped with "Interview Passed" and go directly to the "Medical Application Window" at the Dhaka Chinese Visa Application Service Centre to submit all required documents.

      1.签证所需材料

Required Documents for Visa:

Ø  护照原件及资料页复印件（护照有效期须超过6个月）。

Original passport and a copy of the information page (passport validity must exceed 6 months).

Ø  已填写完整并经申请人签字的《中华人民共和国签证申请表》。

Completed and signed Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China.

Ø  近期白底彩色证件照片。

Recent color passport photo with a white background.

Ø  中国境内医疗机构出具的正式邀请函或收治通知书（这是申请医疗签证的关键文件，应由您在昆明计划就诊的医院出具，需包含患者信息、病情简述、建议的治疗方案及预计住院/治疗时间）。

Official invitation letter or admission notice from a medical institution in China (this is a key document for the medical visa application. It should be issued by the hospital you plan to visit in Kunming and must include the patient's information, a brief description of the illness, proposed treatment plan, and estimated hospitalisation/treatment period).

Ø  孟加拉国本地医院的诊断证明、病历及检查报告复印件（建议附英文翻译）。

Diagnosis certificate, medical records, and test reports from a local hospital in Bangladesh (it is recommended to include English translations).

Ø  关系证明：如有家属陪同，需提供亲属关系证明（如结婚证、出生证等）复印件。

Proof of relationship: If family members accompany you, provide copies of proof of relationship (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.).

Ø  财务证明：证明有足够资金支付在中国医疗及生活费用的材料（银行存款证明）。

Bank statement :Documents demonstrating sufficient funds to cover medical and living expenses in China (e.g., bank statement).

Ø  其他：根据使领馆或签证中心要求可能需补充的材料。

Others: Additional documents may be required as per the request of the Embassy/Consulate or Visa Centre.

2.旅游签证Tourist Visa (L Visa)

第一步：在线填表与提交

Step 1: Complete the application online and submit

登录 中国签证申请服务中心 的官方网站 (https://www.visaforchina.cn/)，注册账号后在线填写签证申请表，并按系统提示上传所有申请材料的电子版。

Log on to the official website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (https://www.visaforchina.cn/), register an account, fill out the visa application form online, and upload electronic copies of all required application documents as per system instructions.

第二步：等待在线初审

Step 2: Wait for the initial online review

Ø  提交申请后，你需要留意邮箱并登录网站查询进度。

After submission, monitor your email and log in to the website to check the application status.

Ø  如果状态显示“Online review completed”，则表示初审通过，可以进入下一步。

If the status shows "Online review completed", the initial review is passed, and you can proceed to the next step.

Ø  如果状态提示需要修改或补充材料（如“To be modified”），则需按要求在3个工作日内完成。

If the status indicates a need for modification or additional documents (e.g., "To be modified"), you must make the required changes within 3 working days.

Ø  少数情况下，系统可能要求预约线下面谈（状态显示为“Video interview to be scheduled”）

In a few cases, the system may require scheduling an in-person interview (status will show "Video interview to be scheduled").

第三步：线下递交护照与生物信息

Step 3: Submit passport and biometric information in person

初审通过后，你或代办人需前往达卡的中国签证申请服务中心提交纸质材料。

After the initial review is passed, you or your representative must go to the Dhaka Chinese Visa Application Service Centre to submit the physical documents.

  必须携带的材料：

Documents to bring:

Ø  有效期不少于6个月的护照原件。

Original passport with validity of at least 6 months.

Ø  打印好的签证申请确认表（初审通过后系统生成）。

Printed visa application confirmation form (generated by the system after the initial review is passed).

Ø  一张近期白底彩色证件照（尺寸33mm x 48mm）。

One recent color passport photo with a white background (size 33mm x 48mm).

Ø  申请材料中要求原件的文件。

Original documents as required in the application materials.

Ø   采集指纹：通常申请人需要亲自到场留存指纹。

Fingerprint collection: Applicants usually need to appear in person for fingerprint collection.

l  支付费用：在签证中心支付签证费和服务费。

Fee payment: Pay the visa fee and service fee at the Visa Centre.

第四步：领取签证

Step 4: Collect your passport

提交护照后，你可以根据取证单上注明的日期（通常普通办理为第4个工作日，加急为第3个工作日）前往签证中心领取贴有签证的护照。

After submitting your passport, you can collect it (with the visa affixed) from the Visa Centre on the date indicated on the pickup slip (typically the 4th working day for normal processing, or the 3rd working day for expedited processing).

1.中国境内旅行社邀请函。

Invitation letter from a travel agency in China.

2. 往返机票预订证明。

Round-trip flight booking confirmation.

3.已付款的酒店预订单。

Confirmed hotel reservation (prepaid).

4.中国境内旅游行程安排计划。

Detailed travel itinerary within China.

5.银行存款证明（金额要求为旅程期间每天不少于100美元）。

Bank statement (the required amount is a minimum of USD 100 per day of the trip).

备注：建议至少在计划出行日期前 1个月开始申请流程，以预留充分的审核和准备时间。安澈国际也提供签证申请服务。
